This program is an updated version of Breaking Barriers' signature Path to Success class.

Power of a Mother combines English instruction, life skills and career assistance to women with young children during a convenient morning class time.  By offering onsite childcare, immigrant women in the Waltham community are able to attend this program, and to increase their English skills as well as leadership skills and connection to community resources in a safe, comfortable environment. Power of a Mother participants provide input into the structure of the class to ensure that it meets the interests and needs of the population it serves.

Power of a Mother is not currently being offered but it will resume as soon as resources are available.
