REACH provides emergency shelter, case management, advocacy, and legal assistance. Also, REACH provides services to help cope with the aftermath of domestic violence: support groups, and counseling for children. Individuals and families can stay at the shelter for up to 3 months.

24 month scattered site transitional program that provides families/victims of domestic violence with safe, temporary housing,provided with counseling and educational or employment opportunities needed to support their families and establish their independence as a domestic violence survivor. Each family will be assisted by their case manager in order to locate permanent housing. 
Referrals: Social agencies and homeless shelters (contact local homeless shelters for referral)

Clients: Battered women and their children.

Emergency Public Housing for Domestic Violence Victims 
Domestic violence survivors who have explicit proof of the abuse (police records, medical records etc) are eligible to apply for Emergency Public Housing.
