Offers a once in a lifetime opportunity for low income families and individuals to visit their warehouse in Acton and pick up household items free of charge. A referral from an advocacy agency is required.

Offers $25 vouchers for furniture with an ID and a lettter of support from WATCH

As long as funding is available, the Salvation Army can help with the purchase of appliances like (washer, dryer, dishwasher). Call to inquire.

Mission of Deeds
Offers appointments for low income residents in Middlesex or Essex Counties who have no other options for home furnishings. Clients must be referred by an advocacy agency, hospital, school, or religious organization.

Referring agency must complete the referral form found here. (The WATCH tenant clinic can help with referrals) The client then must call the number below to set up the appointment.

Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless
Offers a furniture bank for low-income families and individuals. Agencies must refer their clients to become a member of the Furniture Bank. After which, the client can contact the Coalition to make an appointment to receive furniture. A further explanation of the client furniture appointments can be found here.

Offers free furnishings and clothing to homeless families on the South Shore of Boston.

Project Home Again
Provides low income families with recycled furnishings, household goods, and appliances. Clients should be referred by another agency and can either visit the Project by themselves with a letter of referral or with someone from the referring agency.
