WATCH’s Tenant Clinic is a unique partnership between WATCH, Brandeis University and Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau to fill a gap in services and provide top quality assistance to Waltham tenants facing urgent housing problems.

The average tenant, regardless of income, often lacks basic information about his/her rights and responsibilities as a tenant. Clients of WATCH’s Tenant Clinic not only receive help with a pressing problem, but are given a review of basic tenant landlord law and an easy to read manual of these laws for future use
