Immigrant Refugee Health Center at Boston Medical Center
This is a specialized trauma program for asylum seekers, survivors of torture, and refugees. IRH at BMC provides a wide array of services including helping clients receive health coverage, getting healthcare, getting mental health services, case management, career development, and doing affidavits for clients in support of their asylum cases. They also offer Citizen, Immigrant, and Refugee Navigator: which is someone in Americorps who helps to refer clients to lawyers.
They are doing everything virtually right now. There is no fee, all services are covered through MassHealth and Mass Safety Net, not billable as long as you are a Massachusetts resident.
