Gift Card Drive

This year we are safely supporting Waltham households by distributing gift cards for buying a special meal this holiday season. Our goal is to distribute 500 gift cards to households in need. We are collecting physical gift cards as well as digital gift cards. See below for instructions on how to donate gift cards from Hannafords & Instacart. We ask that you please only donate certificates from one (or both) of these two retailers as they are within walking distance of our clients and students. We are accepting donations until November 30th. Thank you!

Physical gift cards

Physical gift cards can be dropped off at WATCH CDC or mailed. Our address is:

Drop offs can be put through the mail slot for our office, Suite 201. 

Digital gift cards 

Hannaford

  1. Click here to purchase a Hannafords gift card
  2. Select send to a friend and write “WATCH CDC” as their name 
  3. Select “send a digital card”
    1. Please select an increment of $50 to donate 
    2. Please send them to giftcards@watchcdc.org 
    3. You do not need to change the delivery date. The last day to donate is November 15th. 
    4.  Lastly, head to “check out” to purchase the gift card.

Instacart 

  1. Go to: https://www.instacart.com/gift-cards
  2. Click: “send gift card” 
    1. Please select an increment of $50 to donate 
    2. Please send them to giftcards@watchcdc.org 
    3. In the personal message box please write, “donation for gift card drive”
    4. Lastly, head to “check out” to purchase the gift card
