MBHP is the Boston area’s most prominent resource for low income housing support. They provide workshops, low income housing listings, housing voucher assistance, and connections to other resources.

Home Modification Loan Program
Provides loans to make modifications to the permanent residence of those with disabilities. The modifications must be made necessary to allow the beneficiary to remain in their home and must relate to their ability to function on a daily basis. Loans can be between $1,000 and $30,000 and must be paid back in 5-15 years.

Affordable housing search and homebuyer class schedules and more.

CHAPA lobbies for the creation and preservation of low income housing and tenant rights. They also provide workshops on housing.
