COVID Hotline and Safety 

Partners Healthcare has a COVID hotline that is available to anyone, regardless of immigration status or insurance. Nurses on the hotline can be reached from 8am-8pm daily. If you speak a language beyond English, hotline staff can conference in an interpreter in your first language. Please feel free to call (617) 724-7000 with your coronavirus-related questions.

COVID Symptoms

Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
