You’ll learn about the homebuying process, financing options, down payment assistance, and more.

Both sessions are required to receive a CHAPA Certificate of Completion.

$50 per person | $75 per pair

This course is also required for access to certain low-interest first-time homebuyer loans and down payment assistance programs.
