Housing Clinic Director (40 hours/week)
Qualified applicants will have:
- Spanish speaking proficiency
- Case management experience of at least 5 years or supervision experience in a clinical setting of at least 2 years
- Ability to work at our office in Waltham when we return to in-person Housing Clinic
- Experience working with families with multiple areas of need /in financial crisis
- A degree as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or similar degree
Tasks may include:
- Train, supervise and support Housing Clinic staff and interns, ensuring that all clients receive proper assistance.
- Work with clients experiencing complex issues, coordinate with agency partners, and communicate with landlords.

This is a full-time position with paid vacation starting at three weeks a year, plus additional paid time off the last week of the year, individual health & dental insurance paid at 80% or reimbursed, paid sick time, and employer contribution to 403b of at least 3% of salary per year. The salary for this position is $62,000 annually. The schedule is flexible and virtual for now but will eventually be hybrid with working at our office in Waltham.

Part-time Media Coordinator (20 hours/week)
This is a part-time position with pro-rated benefits for vacation, 403-b pension, and health insurance. The salary for this position is $25,000 annually. The schedule is flexible and will be virtual for at least the next 2-3 months. When the office re-opens all or most of the work will be in-person in our Waltham office.
