NWH Annual Career Event

Healthcare career exploration series May 1 from 7 – 8:30 PM, Virtual

Interactive discussions where attendees can speak directly with panelists in a variety of roles and ask questions. Sessions are designed for high school and college students, as well as adults looking for new career opportunities. Attendees will also learn how to search and apply for open positions at Mass General Brigham along with information on education requirements and training programs available in Massachusetts.

Waltham Creative Start Open House

Waltham Creative Start is hosting Open Houses on May 3rd at 1:00pm-3:00pm and May 20th 4:00pm-6:00pm. Families are invited to walk in and tour the school and meet the teachers. Families are also invited to come in at this time to get applications for our program and ask any questions.

Housing Clinic Drop in 5/7

from 4:00 - 6:00 PM via Zoom

Get help with state-funded public housing like CHAMP, AHVP and MRVP Mobile Housing Vouchers, and Elderly/Handicapped Housing. Or, do you have any other general housing related questions? Clients should bring their laptops or can work on their application on one of our 2 desktops at the office. Paper apps can be made available, but online applications are recommended.

Upward Bound Parent Info Session May 2024

Waltham Partnership for Youth Invites Spanish speaking parents of incoming 9th graders and current Waltham High School students to learn more about Upward Bound summer program.

Upward Bound serves high school students from low-income families and students from families in which neither parent holds a bachelor's degree. The goal of Upward Bound is to increase the rate at which participants complete high school and enroll in and graduate from college.
