WATCH CDC Honored with CHAPA Pioneer Award

WATCH CDC is honored to receive the Pioneer Award from the Citizens' Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) and to renew our Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative Seal of Approval.

This recognition celebrates our longstanding partnership with CHAPA and our commitment to providing high-quality homebuyer education and counseling. Renewing our Seal of Approval means our programs continue to meet the Collaborative's rigorous standards, allowing the first-time homebuyers we serve to access affordable mortgage products, down payment assistance, and state-supported programs such as MassHousing and ONE Mortgage.

As the CHAPA Homeownership Collaborative celebrates 30 years of expanding affordable homeownership opportunities across Massachusetts, WATCH CDC is proud to be part of this statewide effort.
